It was delight to be made to feel welcome by the people at Sytner Group when I decided to purchase another car from them. The people I dealt with through the whole process, from car selection, finance and delivery are a credit to the BMW brand.

I have noticed two issues with my car. First issue is the cigarette lighter socket in the middle console next to the gear stick is not working. Second issue I noticed was the boot button has a case around it which is falling off/loose.

I asked for a leak to be fixed, while other work was done it took almost two weeks and the leak is still their despite being told it was fixed.

The amp change was good I can hear sound again. The only thing I wasn't advised of was all my settings would be deleted so audio, Apple car play, M settings memory seat settings etc - would be nice to have been advised of that

I was extremely satisfied with the service received. I was given a curtesy car while mine was in for MOT. This enabled me to continue with my work day uninterrupted. The vehicle was cleaned. Great service. The gentleman that assisted me was helpful

Best service that i have received from a BMW dealer. Arranged taxi transport for me to my work whist they carried out the works to the previously notified timescale. Made me comfortable at their premises whilst the investigations were completed.

One gripe is that i was told it would take between 90-120 mins so I waited. This is in reality the technicians' working time not the total time - check-in and paperwork / payment too. It's always much longer so took 3h 20m before I left. Frustrating.

My car was in for a lubrication service where a different type of oil is used. Its a brand new M3 touring so I found this very strange. If the oil needs changing so soon on a new car perhaps this should be at the cost of BMW and not the owner.
